The cutting and preparation of materials for precision processing<\/strong><\/h1>\n

Vierrevi srl is a mechanical precision workshop in which each production stage is highly standardized and monitored.\u00a0Preparing the materials for execution of the order<\/strong> is of vital importance to guarantee the correct identification of the materials. These are appropriately identified from their arrival and tracked throughout the production process<\/strong> in order to make sure that orders comply with the drawing specifications.<\/p>\n

The department relies on a Modula automatic warehouse<\/strong> with a capacity of up to 40,000 kg for the storage of materials and 3 cutting machines, 2 of which\u00a0 are CNC for an equivalent usable section of up to 420 mm of diameter.<\/p>\n

We are a reliable partner, expert in mechanical precision processing<\/strong>: from the production of prototypes to small series, from aluminium to PVC, our technical and sales department is available for analysis and evaluations.<\/p>\n

A professional cutting process<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The cutting process performed at Vierrevi srl, thanks to our automatic machines, is functional both for the preparation of semi-finished items<\/strong>, for the subsequent processing phases and for the creation of test samples<\/strong> with which we check the characteristics of the materials, both \u201craw\u201d and processed.<\/p>\n

The company also performs third-party cutting processing as an activity to complete the services offered<\/strong>, both for subcontracting and for complete supply, guaranteeing certified material with complete process tracking.<\/p>\n
