Mechanical parts adjustment department<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The task of the certified mechanical workshop of\u00a0Vierrevi srl is to finish the mechanical parts produced\u00a0<\/strong>using dedicated work benches and operators specialised in adjustment processes.<\/p>\n

This operation takes place at every level of mechanical machining, from drilling to the\u00a0definition of important parts such as those of the surfaces of molds<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The finishes are performed within\u00a0a specific department<\/strong>\u00a0and represent an extremely delicate phase: high levels of manual skill are required from the operator who must be able to replicate and improve the\u00a0finishing previously performed by numerical control machines<\/strong>; a specific department is dedicated to this particular function to guarantee surfaces and details of the highest quality.<\/p>\n

What we do<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Adjustment is carried out both manually and using specific mechanical tools<\/strong>. Our department works on unfinished, laminated pieces or on already machined components that need to be retouched before being installed.<\/p>\n

We perform\u00a0all the main operations\u00a0<\/strong>within our in-house workshop:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Tracking<\/strong>: a stage during which the phases still to be eliminated are highlighted.<\/li>\n
  • Filing<\/strong>: this process removes residual excess thickness and is performed with various files based on the material to be treated;<\/li>\n
  • Cutting<\/strong>;<\/li>\n
  • Drilling<\/strong>: required for the housing of through screws;<\/li>\n
  • Boring<\/strong>: it is used to smooth the internal surface of the diameter and follows the drilling phase;<\/li>\n
  • Threading<\/strong>: this is the tapping of the hole to create the nut screw;<\/li>\n
  • Tapping<\/strong>: essential to create the threading;<\/li>\n
  • Deburring<\/strong>: the removal of excess material following all the adjustment operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The metrology room<\/strong>\u00a0is an essential department for a precision mechanical workshop whose goal is to offer the best of services.\u00a0Vierrevi srl uses state-of-the-art technologies and superior equipment<\/strong>\u00a0to perform\u00a0dimensional testing<\/strong>\u00a0for the certification of conformity and quality of mechanical parts.<\/p>\n

    After production, the\u00a0intermediate dimensional check<\/strong>\u00a0is performed to confirm the conformity of the components and prototypes to the dimensions and measurements requested by the customer and shown on the drawing.<\/p>\n

    We use the best technologies such as \u00a0three-dimensional measurement system, profilometers, altimeters, projectors, roughness meters, durometers, gauges and bore gauges<\/strong>, to name but a few.<\/p>\n
