Our history began with the artisan skills of creating customized pieces, then developing into a technologically avant garde service with the most advanced sectors of engineering.
Using the most modern CAD-CAM and CNC processing (up to 5 and 6 axes) technologies, we create items intended for sectors such as aerospace, packaging, automation, automatic machines and motorsports.

A versatile and cutting-edge turning process
The turning of mechanical precision components requires qualified personnel, high performance lathes and a level of finishing with a margin of error that is virtually down to zero. The Vierrevi srl workshop offers all this and more.
Our turning process covers countless materials, of which the main ones are:

Turning allows versatile applications, in order to be able to create small items with a variety of profiles, with a result that is always impeccable and made in the image and likeness of the specifications requested by the customer.
The evolution introduced by CNC machines allows us to guarantee a result that is accurate to the thousandth of a millimetre also for those complex tasks that require longer creation times. Thanks to the CAM-CAD programming software, the lathe moves according to controlled and pre-set movements in order to optimise the production times and to guarantee maximise punctuality and efficiency.
We oversee every phase down to the smallest detail
The processings obtained with turning are applied to industrial processes that require precise and high performance components. The removal of the chip from the stock allows infinite creations and possible applications.
Our technicians constantly monitor the turning process, analysing and defining in detail the cutting parameters such as the speed and depth. Each material requires specific tools to obtain the maximum degree of precision. We work to create small reduced-diameter items, also using the two processings envisaged for the correct execution of the turning process: roughing and finishing.
Roughing is used to remove the excess compound and forms the first part of the process. Finishing is the phase in which the final surface is scored to create the definitive form.
