OPEN DOORS TO UNIVERSITIES PROJECT

Last week we hosted at our headquarters the Leanbet team and a mixed group of engineering and economics students, from the Universities of Bologna, Modena and Ferrara.

It was a special afternoon, dedicated to training and sharing, through the combination of theory and practical activities with a focus on the LEAN METHOD:

✅ direct training on workstations through the 5 S’s
✅ SMED method-reduction of setup times and tools for efficiency in changeovers
✅ TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) method- Logic of autonomous maintenance, role of operators, impact on production continuity
✅ Brand & Lean Marketing

An initiative that actively involved employees and future young talents, creating moments of interaction and curiosity, bringing in our workshop a new dynamic mood!

Vierrevi together with LeanBet, to promote TRAINING as a STRATEGIC TOOL to develop COMPETENCES, expand VISIONS and face NEW CHALLENGES with awareness.
