Milling: a processing that demands precision
The modelling of components in complex profiles and forms is the objective of our milling processing. The process consists of removal of the chip, thanks to the use of geometry and defined rotary motion tools. Unlike turning, it is not only the piece that turns but also the tools, the lathes and the entire work bench to which the component is fixed.
The work involves an initial roughing phase during which the excess material is removed efficiently and quickly. This is followed by the finishing in order to confirm the conformity to the initial drawing, analysing parameters such as dimensions, roughness and tolerances.
This mechanical precision processing is suitable for the creation of custom components, in limited quantities, such as small mechanical parts but is able to guarantee unparalleled quality levels.
