We are equipped with all the instruments necessary for this purpose, the most important ones of which are the 2 ZEISS 3D measuring machines of the CONTURA series, G2 and G3 with work strokes up to 1,200mm, motorised swivel head with control over 20,700 positions, continuous scanning and tool change magazine, complete with software for the management of the mathematical models; the SM profilometer, model PGS 200 CNC with profile measuring stroke up to 200 mm; the MAHR roughness meters, the INNOVATEST durometer, the STARRET projector and the 3D telescopic viewer with image acquisition.

An innovative contactless measurement methodology
The 3D dimensional measuring is used to be able to work on a precise analysis and to compare the 3D scan with the model drawn with CAD, thereby preventing any problems during creation of the piece.
Our professional 3D measuring service is performed by technicians who remain constantly updated on the softwares and on the best contactless scanning systems. This process can be requested both for batches and for individual items.
