Vierrevi at the Talent Park in Mirandola: bringing together young talents and local companies
On March 5, 2026, Vierrevi Team took part in the Talent Park in Mirandola, a full day dedicated to connecting young talents with the world of work, with the aim of fostering new relationships between schools, companies, and the local community.
The event was organized together with In Job, in collaboration with Centro per l’Impiego di Mirandola, Comune di Mirandola and Unione Comuni Modenesi Area Nord.
Talent Park represents an innovative interactive job-matching system, designed to bring students and young job seekers closer to local businesses. The initiative was created to strengthen the dialogue between the education system, institutions, and the productive network of the Modena area, generating concrete opportunities for professional orientation.
The day concluded with around 300 participants, including high school students, young people under 35 looking for employment and local companies.
The event format was designed to encourage direct interaction between education and the business world, through funny activities and experiential games.
Key participants were students from two important schools:
Liceo Scientifico Morando Morandi – Finale Emilia
8 final-year classes: Traditional Scientific Studies, Economic and Social Studies, Linguistic Studies, Human Sciences, Applied Sciences, Chemical and Biological Studies
I.S.I.S. Galileo Galilei – Mirandola
3 final-year classes: Industry and Craftsmanship for Made in Italy (Mechanical), Technical Maintenance and Assistance (Electrical), Scientific High School – Applied Sciences
The Vierrevi experience: the Precision Mechanics Mystery Box
To engage students in a dynamic way, Vierrevi team proposed an experiential activity dedicated to the world of precision mechanics: the Mystery Box game.
The activity allowed students to test themselves with a practical challenge:
recognizing a mysterious mechanical component using only their sense of touch, matching it with the corresponding technical drawing and identifying its material, machining cycle time, and application sector.
An original and engaging way to introduce young people to the manufacturing sector and mechanical production, while highlighting technical skills and observation abilities.
During the event we met interested, well-prepared, and collaborative young participants; this confirms how important is to invest in innovative job-matching system, promoting collaboration between institutions, education system and businesses, to offer concrete opportunities for new generations and contributing to the development of the local territory and its productive system.
