Vierrevi srl uses its own technical department for the CAD-CAM programming of the parts to be created for its customers.
Through the use of the mathematical models provided, the Technical Department prepares the machine programs for the production of the parts, using the system of chip removal.
Thanks to the modern and always up-to-date programming and processing management systems, Vierrevi Srl carries out complex processes, starting from a virtual simulation, to identify potential criticalities and inefficiencies and all this before even entering the data in the machine.

CAD-CAM: cutting-edge software that we offer to our customers
Vierrevi srl uses latest generation CAD-CAM software for the control and production of mechanical parts and prototypes for third parties.
The CAM software is used to provide the CNC machine tool with the necessary instructions to create a product with a CAD system. The creation of a metal item follows a number of very specific phases:
